I became a licensed as a REALTOR® in 2004, with Keller Williams Capital Partners and found my passion ("pass-I-on") helping Buyers and Sellers achieve their goals and dreams with residential real estate (existing properties, new construction, land, short sale, etc.). This is a complicated process that can be emotional and life changing. It is important to me to walk in their shoes and provide honest and professional counsel based on the knowledgeable and experience I have gained throughout the years.
Prior to becoming a Realtor I spent over 14 years originating mortgage loans for companies such as Wells Fargo, Norwest Mortgage... In addition to that I spent many years traveling the world, delivering over 220 Personal Development Programs to thousands of participants..
I continue to be in the TOP 20% income producing Realtor's at Keller Williams Capital Partners. Teaching, and educating and mentoring other Realtors to help them be better gives me joy and occasionally teach classes, including Continuing Education.
